Our Brand Story


Talia, at age 5

Taliamagic gets her name from the combination of our founder’s daughter’s middle name and how she inspires the magic in the work that he does.

Prior to her birth and the founding of the company, he worked for a well-known marine oil exploration company, attending to critical IT issues that would have cost millions of dollars of production downtime if left unresolved for too long, both at onshore locations and on the fleet of seismic survey vessels sailing in the regional waters . The immense sense of relief and gratitude that the staff and ship crew felt after being rescued out of a trying situation, where terms of contracts with clients like SHELL, CONOCO and BP, may be breached by prolonged disruption, led them to give him the nickname “the magician”.

His passion and commitment to excellence for every project he undertakes are attributes the team at Taliamagic persistently aims to emulate and uphold in all the work that we do.
